We are a family owned and operated company that was established in 1985.
Bob, "Dad", is the founder of the company and the designer of our manufactured products. He has tried retirement out a few times but he just can't stay away!
Ruthe, "Mom" is a full time second grade Elementary School teacher. She teaches all the ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) students. The 2012-2012 school year will be her last and she will join Bob in "retirement."

- Generally, American made flags - which are the main items we stock - take a little longer to get to you because they are made to order. Dog flags have a minimum ship time of 2 weeks. Also, all out of stock and special order items ship in 7-14 days. Most others are less. Your patience is appreciated, and we guarantee you won't be disappointed with the products you receive.
- Colonial Jug Canisters and Bent Flag Poles typically have a ship time of 3-5 days.
- All items ship via the United States Post Office.
- We will continue to offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL FLAGS. All other merchandise subject to standard shipping charges. All Discounts and Coupons will be deducted when order is processed.
